Scope boundary: Rozen.Mint acts as a project coordinator only within the written authority and services agreed with the client. We do not act as a company director, nominee, legal representative, regulated agent or authorised professional adviser, and we do not make binding commitments on a client’s behalf unless a specific written authority lawfully permits it.
How it works

A clear route from initial discussion to project handover.

Each engagement is structured around a documented scope rather than an open-ended promise to handle everything.

STEP 01

Initial discussion

You explain the business model, intended UK activity, timing, current position and the practical support required.

STEP 02

Written proposal

Rozen.Mint sets out the proposed services, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees and anticipated third-party costs.

STEP 03

Research and execution

The agreed research, communication, coordination and local tasks are carried out with regular progress updates.

STEP 04

Handover and next steps

You receive the agreed outputs, organised records, relevant contacts and a clear action plan for the next stage.

Why local coordination matters

Move the project forward before every decision requires a flight to the UK.

A local coordinator can reduce fragmented communication, improve visibility and help you test assumptions before committing to larger costs.

Progress before arrival

Begin research, premises enquiries, supplier conversations and project scheduling while your leadership team remains overseas.

Current local information

Use market, location and provider information gathered for the actual project rather than relying only on generic online material.

One coordinated workstream

Bring agreed research, service-provider contact and practical follow-up into one organised project with documented next steps.

Pricing and proposals

Individually scoped. Clearly documented before work begins.

Every business engagement is priced following an initial discussion. You will receive a written proposal setting out the agreed services, deliverables, timeframe and professional fees.

  • No one-size-fits-all corporate package
  • No long-term contract unless it is expressly agreed
  • External professional fees and government charges are separate unless expressly included
  • Supplier, travel and other third-party costs are identified wherever reasonably possible before commitment
  • Any material change in scope requires written agreement
Common questions

Before starting a corporate project.

Does Rozen.Mint provide legal, tax or accounting advice?

No. Rozen.Mint provides practical research and coordination. Advice requiring a regulated or professionally qualified adviser is handled by an independent specialist engaged for that purpose.

Can Rozen.Mint register a UK company for us?

We can provide administrative assistance with the process and coordinate with Companies House or an independent company-formation professional. Identity verification, formal declarations and specialist advice remain the responsibility of the relevant individual or authorised provider.

Can you attend meetings or view premises on our behalf?

Yes, where this is included in the written scope. Rozen.Mint can attend agreed meetings or site visits, gather information and report back, but does not automatically have authority to sign contracts or legally bind the client.

Are third-party providers part of Rozen.Mint?

No. Accountants, solicitors, tax advisers, formation agents, contractors and other specialists are independent providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they contract directly with the client and remain responsible for their own services.

How are corporate projects priced?

Pricing depends on the business model, number of workstreams, location, project duration and intensity of support. A written proposal is issued before paid work begins.

Do you require a long-term retainer?

No. Work may be agreed as a defined project, a staged engagement or an ongoing arrangement. A longer-term commitment applies only where it is specifically agreed by both parties.
